Everything on Docx to PDF that is not a converter is a claim about how something behaves. This page explains how those claims are produced, how they are checked, and what happens when one of them turns out to be wrong.

Claims are tested before publication
Where a page says a converter keeps tables, or that a certain kind of file will not work, that statement comes from running the tool against such a file. Stated limits describe observed behaviour, not guesses about it.
What we will not publish
- Invented user counts, star ratings, review totals or testimonials.
- Claims of affiliation, certification or endorsement that do not exist.
- Comparison tables about other services that we have not actually tested.
- Structured data describing something that is not on the page.
This matters beyond good manners. Fabricated ratings and reviews are treated as spam by search engines and as deceptive by advertising networks, and they mislead the people the page is meant to help.
Review and updating
Every page carries the date it was last updated. Pages are reviewed at least once a year, and immediately whenever the behaviour they describe changes — a new browser requirement, a changed file size limit, a new known issue.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, tell us at Not yet published and we will check it. Where a correction changes the meaning of a page, the updated date is advanced so the change is visible rather than quietly folded in.
Independence
No page on this site is written or influenced by a sponsor, and no link here has been sold. The current advertising and analytics status is published on the About page and in the Privacy Policy, and will be updated before either changes.
